Report Radqueers

Don't Engage With Radqueers.
Disclaimer: This is more opinionated than the rest of the Carrd.
In my experience, it's really not helpful to interact with radqueer blogs as an anti radqueer.
(Important Note: Archiving predatory behavior from, reporting, and talking about your experience with radqueer blogs isn't interacting. I'll expand on why I believe so later.)In the end, all that happens is that the aggressive radqueers will screenshot and/or remember your efforts and use it to bring people in, and you will have used your time and energy on fuel for their agenda.Remember: Radqueers are not a nation-wide bigoted group that have law-making power like TERFs or antisemites. They're a disorganized group of young adults and teens who either fall into the group of "predator excusing their desires" or "groomed into believing this is where they belong". It's important to dismantle this group, absolutely, and the racism and predatory behavior of radqueers should not go unchecked, but you aren't necessarily fighting for the rights of people living and dying in the same way you are when debunking TERF posts online. I personally think it's much more
If a radqueer says they're genuinely open to explanations/critique/alternative views, that might be worth trying, but I think that's very subjective and is up to you to discern based on the context.Whether or not you agree with what I've said here, let's move on to the next point:
Report Radqueers.
We should all be reporting radqueers. Report them to the social media, and report them to the anonymous cyber tip lines when
It's easier than it seems, you can stay completely anonymous, and it helps prevent more people from being groomed.
What Can I Report For?
On Tumblr:
See the linked tutorial below for examples of what I type when I report radqueers, exact links on where to go, and more.
Blogs/posts dedicated to racism. Examples include: "transracist" blogs (I've reported these before myself and they've been deactivated by Tumblr)
Fictional CSAM. CSAM stands for Child Sexual Abuse Material. If an image posted or reblogged by a radqueer undoubtedly depicts a child being molested, it will usually be removed by Tumblr. This won't apply to crappy ships being drawn together in a purely romantic or ambiguous fashion - only to outright sexual content. As an example: A crappy art depicting sebaciel getting married won't qualify for being removed, but artwork where the adult Sebastien is having sex with Ciel, who is clearly a child and is drawn with a child's body in the artwork, that will usually get removed. (Again, see the full tutorial for the details you'll want to point out to Tumblr)
When Do I Report A Radqueer To The Police?
I'm sure that this sounds intimidating, but it's important to do if you can, and it's a lot easier than you may think. See the linked tutorial below for examples of what I type when I report radqueers, exact links on where to go, and more. What can be reported:
Implications of, or radqueers admitting that they are in a pedophilic relationship, or are attracted to children in real life.
Implications of, or radqueers admitting that they possess child pornography or are seeking it.
Implications of, or radqueers admitting that they have zoophilia pornography in their possession, or are in a 'relationship' with an animal.
Fictional CSAM.

(Important Note: This section is currently very America-centric. This will change when I have more time.)I want to be specific here: This is referring to artwork made with the intent to sexualize a depiction of a minor's body, whether or not that minor exists. I will not be going into detail on why imagesHere's what United States law (Section 1466A of Title 18, United State Code) says about material like this, and how it is judged:"The three-pronged Miller test is as follows:
1) Whether the average person, applying contemporary adult community standards, finds that the matter, taken as a whole, appeals to prurient interests (i.e., an erotic, lascivious, abnormal, unhealthy, degrading, shameful, or morbid interest in nudity, sex, or excretion);
2) Whether the average person, applying contemporary adult community standards, finds that the matter depicts or describes sexual conduct in a patently offensive way (i.e., ultimate sexual acts, normal or perverted, actual or simulated, masturbation, excretory functions, lewd exhibition of the genitals, or sado-masochistic sexual abuse); and
*3) Whether a reasonable person finds that the matter, taken as a whole, lacks serious literary, artistic, political, or scientific value."[...] Any material that satisfies this three-pronged test may be found obscene.
[...] Convicted offenders face fines and imprisonment. It is also illegal to aid or abet in the commission of these crimes, and individuals who commit such acts are also punishable under federal obscenity laws. [...]Basically: Classical artwork that happens to depict cherubs and angels as naked prepubescent children may be determined to be art, having serious artistic value, whereas your average kodocon's stash of "shota" bondage porn will likely not. Images that appear to depict minors in sexually explicit ways are illegal in the United States, and you should report it.United States Code continues to say:In addition, Section 1466A of Title 18, United State Code, makes it illegal for any person to knowingly produce, distribute, receive, or possess with intent to transfer or distribute visual representations, such as drawings, cartoons, or paintings that appear to depict minors engaged in sexually explicit conduct and are deemed obscene. This statute offers an alternative 2-pronged test for obscenity with a lower threshold than the Miller test. The matter involving minors can be deemed obscene if it (i) depicts an image that is, or appears to be a minor engaged in graphic bestiality, sadistic or masochistic abuse, or sexual intercourse and (ii) if the image lacks serious literary, artistic, political, or scientific value. A first time offender convicted under this statute faces fines and at least 5 years to a maximum of 20 years in prison.
